How do you change the color of your twitter page?

I recently signed up to twitter and i cant change the page color. plz help

i got a twitter so here we go:

step 1:go to twitter page nd log in nd stuff
step 2:go to ur profile(hit ur picture/name)
step 3: then at the top of thee page hit settings
step 4: at the top of that page hit design
step 5: then click any design u want

u can probaly skip step 2 but thats ok if u dont

you want to click on the "Change Design Colors"
