Are Guns Allows In Facebook Profile Pictures?
I am a sophomore and I am holding a gun in my Facebook profile picture.
My friend say's it's "risky" but I don't see anything wrong about it legal-wise.
What's the public go to say about this?

"You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence."

Holding a gun in a picture is considered threatening and not allowed.

I think it is allowed if it is just a picture of you holding a gun. As long as it isn't anything offensive or grotesque, I don't think you could get in trouble for it. I've seen people with pictures of themselves with guns on Facebook before, and even pictures of them shooting the guns, and those didn't get taken down. I don't see why a profile picture of it would be any different.

NO, it's not illegal and anyone who tells you different is a retarded peice... It is not offensive and it does not break the law! all the people who said differently above does not know the law...from a picture, not much is told.. your father, who might own the gun could be standing right behind you in theory, and it is not illegal to hold a gun at your age...
