Why did someone im not following show up on my twitter timeline?
I am not following them, they are not following me, but they did block me from viewing their tweets.
is there any reason why one of their tweets showed up on my Twitter timeline???
and no it wasnt retweeted by someone i am following

If the situation you describe is accurate, then they wont be showing up in your timeline.

You said they blocked you, that means you were actually following them before?. Did you ever unfollow?,

Besides, if their tweet showed up, that means you are no longer BLOCKED.
