What exactly is it? Is it like Facebook? If I do a tweet, will my followers see it? I'm only 13 and think of making one.

Yes they will see it. I think of it as Facebook except you can only post tweets/share tweets. The best part of it is the fact that you can follow famous people/businesses so you'll get easily updated whenever they post a new Tweet.

it is just a social network like any other ... facebook, ecc.... There are trends you can tweet your opinion or whatever you want about that topic... Yes your followers will see your tweets, if you want, you can change your privacy settings and your tweets will be seen by everyone... You can tweet with everyone you want, celebrity, friends, ecc...
