why did my facebook automatically add someone?

I was just sitting on Facebook and i got a notification saying that someone who i will keep nameless accepted my friend request. I didnt even add that person and i have no clue who they are, what's going on?

Yea I really doubt that, you probably sent a friend request to them so long ago you don't remember.

I just had that happen to me for the first time. I don't think it's suppose to happen but sometimes I get messages that I sent spam and other crap and I immediately removed them. Change your password and/or keep that checkbox that says "keep me logged in" empty.
