Photo privacy on tumblr and twitter?

Just wondering, are the photos that I upload on my twitter and tumblr account (assuming that I set my profile to private) will they still appear on sites like google images?

If your Twitter profile is private, your photos won't show up on Google Images. If you've password-protected your Tumblr or unchecked "Allow search engines to index your blog" in your settings, your photos on Tumblr won't show up on Google Images.
