How do i put my baby daddy on child support?

I live in illinois with the baby and he lives in georgia. When i moved i didnt kniw i was pregnant andhe was unable to come with me. Now im paying for my daughter all by myself. Her father says he wants to help out but cant, but when he uploads a picture on facebook he's wearin new cothes and new shoes ! How do i put him on child support

Go to the ILLINOIS child support enforcement to begin your case, not Georgia. The support is based off of where the children live and child matters will depend on the child's jurisdiction.

And he can deny deny deny all he wants, but the court will order a DNA test as part of standard operating procedure.
