my babies mother put me on child support and so did her mother in a diff county is that legal?
i owe child support for the same child but to two diff people, my babies mother and her mother but from diff counties is that legal.

Depends on why. You may owe back child support to the Mother of your baby Momma for her being on public assistance. Contact the child support office where you send your payments and ask them what the cases are about. Hopefully you are at least paying someone!

Double dipping like this is not uncommon. Who has the child. Only the one with the child has the valid claim, and the county where the other lives need to be notified that it is a false claim. These links will teach you about your rights, and how to deal with child support.

that doesn't sound right. Only the person who has the child should be able to receive support for said child. You may need to get a lawyer my friend so that you can get one of the cases closed.
