What is this - Laser Pointer or Sex Toy?

I found this image on a relatives Facebook, and then found the device in the photo in their bedroom drawer.
I would like to know what exactly it is, I have a suspicion it is some form of sex toy.

I know I'm being nosy and intrusive but I must know.

The pointy end is a laser pointer, hence the red dot on the persons chest.

I can't exactly tell from the picture, but it doesn't look like any laser pointer I've ever seen before!

I think it is a dildo, moreover the name of the image itself say Dildox..Google for Dildox and you will sex the result.
