How to get videos from ipod touch to facebook?

Can you upload videos from your ipod touch onto facebook? I can't seem to figure it out.

Hey, it is easy enough.
first, you should transfer your ipod touch video to your computer with a ipod transfer, such snowfox imedia transfer. but im using snowfox ipod toolkit which could convert dvd / videoto ipod and could back up ipod music / movies to pc or itunes.

second, you should know that fackbook only support some special, im a youtuber and i often convert my video to flash swf or flash flv format which could be uploaded to facebook and youtube easily. and what you need is just a video converter, such as snowfox total video converter. i knew it when i bought snowfox ipod toolkit.
