You have asked questions like this with the same content so many times and received many answers and asked them in genealogy which is the research of ancestors via written cited records...it has nothing to do with genes, or stereotyping whole communities of people or history and assuming viking descent..........is it common? Who knows, polls and surveys may be a better place to ask or biology for genetics, not genealogy.........Humans are all unique.................

It's not uncommon to have the facial hair be a different shade than the hair on your head. Yes, Yorkshire was invaded by Danes and Norwegians, but you can't assume anything about your ancestry based on hair color or eye color.

We figured from the beard that you were male. My son has dark blond hair and reddish beard and blue eyes. He has Norwegian, Swedish, English, Scottish, Irish, German, French and Italian ancestry. 8 great grandparents, 8 countries. It is possible you have a Viking ancestor somewhere back in history. Unfortunately, trying to trace back that far is virtually impossible. Have you considered a DNA test?
