500 million users and even if only 1% of users needed help, I doubt they would have 5 million support staffs.

Use the FB help center. That is how they offer support for their FREE service.

They do not have a standard support staff. I would suggest resubmitting your question with the issue you are experiencing with Facebook and maybe one of us here can help you.

I went to face book and looked.. like the other person said have to go to HELP which is at the bottom on the right hand side of the page. There they separate it into categories where then you select your appropriate topic and it will then give you further help on that concern Good Luck!
