Skills needed to become freelance web developer?
Me and my brother are looking to freelance together or start our own business. I'm willing to do the more programming and my brother the design like the appearance.

Know the basics HTML, CSS, PHP, RSS then learn the more advanced tools like Drupal, Java, etc

For the design, your brother needs to know Adobe Illustrator, Flash, Photoshop, and After Effects
