How do I make a Blog page on the internet?

I want to make a blog dedicated to my mother but I don't know how. My mother just died and I think it's a good idea to write about her, she changed a lot of peoples lives and it's only right that she's honored. A lot of people have agreed to this. I need, like, specific details, I'm no good with computer programs. Sorry to ask for so much, thanks in advance.

If you want to do it for free go to Blogger.com. It is free and so easy to use. I have found it to be by far the best free blog or website service. Not confusing and great options are within it. Then write whatever you want to include on your page and add pictures also. There are other website providers that may barely be a bit better but those will cost money. You can still make a great blog/website on blogger.com completely free. Best of luck.
