Does it make me unpopular if hardly anyone talks to me on Chat on Facebook?

I'm usually on and off Facebook through out the day, I would probably say between 10 - 60 people online at a time. But hardly anyone pop's up and starts a conversation, unless they want to know something or arrange to go somewhere. Usually it is always me who has to start the conversation and with some people their responses are usually one word bland answers. And to be honest I'm starting to feel a bit lonely? :/

You don't need Facebook to have friends. Do things you like to do, and maybe you'll meet someone who has the same interests. As for your Facebook "issue", just relax. You don't have to be so needy.

NO/!!!!! who cares anyway!! u shouldn't care about being popular same happens with me i doubt even anyone whos like BEST FRIENDS are on fb doesn't talk all the time maybe keep starting off convos maybe with people who u don't know tht well make some new friends and get to know people better maybe they don't start off becuase they don't know u tht well maybe its because u don't have anything 2 talk about maybe if they think ur rlly interesting and funny they'll talk 2 u hav no idea wot 2 say tho maybe ask them if they have any brothers or sisters and stuff like tht ask them wot they've bin doin if they say nm u? just say like oh i've bin swimming in ....... where do u go swimming? something like tht lol i dunno if they aren't very chatty go onto someone else maybe they're bizzy hope this helps xxx

Facebook friends are fake, and if you feel lonely from fake friends,
i'm guessing you don't have a lot of real friends, My serious advice is to get a life. Focus on real friends showing.
