Why is my facebook page not working?

so my facebook page isn't working , i can't view my messages or my notifications it won't pop open to let me see , and if i do go to the message view area the page is blank , and it freezes allot , it's not my browser , and i cleared my history/cookies/ allot of things . i just don't understand ! >.<
