How can i make comments on twitter?

I mean for certain kind of people, let's say, football fans, the beatles fans, videogame fans, etc.

Do i need followers in order to be read, or can anybody see my posts? how do i tweet for especific topics? and how do i see comments from other people? do i need to follow them first?

I'm new to this.

depends if your account is private or not. if it's public then anyone can see your tweets even if he/she doesn't follow you. just tweet whatever you want to tweet.

Oh dear, first of all you don't "comment" you "tweet"

Everyone will be able to read your tweets, unless you block them, or make your tweets private (if it's private they have to send you a request to be able to see your tweets, but that's kind of pointless in my opinion)

Your tweets will show up on all of your followers timelines, and if you tweet with a hashtag/trend everyone who searches the hashtag or trend will also be able to see it (if that makes sense)

Do you know what a hashtag and trend is? If not a trend is basically where a certain word or phrase is tweeted by a lot of people at the same time and it becomes a "trend" for example some of the current trends are "#MistakesBoysMake and Oli"

Ok so if someone doesn't follow you, but you want them to see your tweet you start the tweet of with their name so you would do this...
"@*insert the users name* hey how are you ect"

Ermm I think that's it, that's the basics and you pick up everything else as you start to use twitter more
