How to add a profile picture to Twitter?
I've been trying for quite some time now to add a photo to my Twitter account.
I've checked everywhere but I can't find the solution.

The option is not under the "Account", "Settings" or "Profile" tab. When I click to add a photo on the home page, it takes me to the "Edit Profile" section, but again, there is no option. Just Name, Bio, Location and Web. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Maybe due to the attack of twitter server several days ago, they deactivate this feature for a while.
Here's the explanation from twitter support page:

Updates from Twitter Support Follow @support for the latest
We've temporarily disabled image uploads for avatars and user backgrounds. We'll send another Tweet once the issue is resolved.
