How do I un-spam someone on Twitter?

My friend says that she went on my Twitter yesterday & my tweets weren't showing up and it said she wasn't following me. When she tried following me, it said it was forbidden. She asked me about this, I have no clue what happened! I think I might of blocked or reported her as spam or something. How do I un-do this so she can see my tweets again?

I don't know, i have Facebook as it more populor, I don't that you can on both.

Check your privacy options, you might've made it so that only you can see your Tweets.
