Can i upgrade my mothers windows xp with my windows cd?
I went to my moms yesterday to install a anti virus since she uses facebook but it says her version of windows xp doesnt have service pack 2 and to upgrade windows..i have dell too and i have the cds for xp and vista upgrade but can i use them on her computer too?

not legally.

upgrade her computer to Windows SP3... it's a free download. Be sure to install Internet Explorer 8 as well.
