How is it possible to keep receiving facebook Posting notification when you have remove him/her from your friend list on your email. Did someone suggested him/her to my friend list? Or did him/her place your email address to receive him/her notification whenever him/her post something on facebook.

Actually,its a program glitch.Happened to me too.It won't happen after a while.Block her/him too though.

Real thing is this that dont only block him or her but block with the message Spammer in this way you will be saved in addition to this other people whom him or her spam they will also get saved

No, its called subscription.When you subscribe to a person.You get all their updates even if your not their friend.
