Is it insulting to remove a relative from your facebook friends list?

I should say to remove a couple of relatives? I have a couple of cousins that I am not super close with & want to delete. I do not want to offend at the same time, since they are family. Just wondering if it's socially appropriate.

not unless they did something wrong to you, but other then that i would take offense to it.

Yes i had my mum on my friends and deleted her, she started cracking at me haha

if u dont ever talk to them or arent close then ya id delete them. hey if they ask just tell them that you hardly talk to them and thats why.
