How can you tell if you've been flagged on twitter?
I had my twitter public for a while and I just found out that this girl that gives me trouble has been stalking my twitter. Now all of a sudden my photos won't show and keep saying "404 media not found" I'm wondering if this means she's been flagging/reporting my photos on twitter. I made it so my tweets are protected now, lesson learned.

If you have someone who is stalking you out of jealousy, or whatever the issue may be, they can flag you all they want BUT Twitter will NOT remove your photos or information as long as you are not breaking any rules. Read here to see if you think you were flagged or had something wrongly removed:

What can I upload? What will Twitter remove?

For the most part, using common sense won’t steer you wrong. If you upload media that might be considered sensitive content such as nudity, violence, or medical procedures, you should consider applying the account setting “Mark my media as containing sensitive content”.

We do not mediate content, whether that content is an image or text; however, some content is not permissible by law. All content should be marked appropriately as per our guidelines. You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

Uploaded images that are reported and that are determined to violate the law will be removed from the site and your account will be suspended. Please review the Twitter Rules for more information on these violations.

Images that have been marked as containing sensitive content will have a warning message that a viewer must click through before viewing the image. Only users who have opted in to see possibly sensitive content will see these images without the warning message. Check out this article for more information on settings and best practices.

What happens to reported media?

After you flag someone else’s media, the Twitter team will review and determine if that media requires a warning message in order to comply with Twitter’s Media Policies. Please remember that by flagging media you are bringing it to the attention of the Twitter team. The flagged content will not automatically receive a warning message or be removed from the site.

Remember that your audience is potentially made up of millions of people, and that not all media is suitable for everyone. Your Tweet media settings allow you to label your media for the appropriate viewers.

For the most part, using common sense won’t steer you wrong. If you upload media that might be considered sensitive content such as nudity, violence, or medical procedures, you should consider applying the account setting “Mark my media as containing sensitive content”.

You can find this setting in your account settings page in the “Tweet Media” section.
