Is there a site that you can get other people's cell phone numbers so you can text them? Kind of like a social networking site?

phone numbers are confidential though you can make friends online on soical networking and then depending on your friendship level. if your friend's wanna give out their phone number they can. you can join twitter website http://www.twitter.com its a website that you cn update on what you doing as u go. its fun and much like a live website. but getting numbers of people out of social networking or like u said for texter no such site coz it evade other privacy. hope my answer helps
