it looks okay, but it's a little bit sloppy. try drawing with lighter lines so that when you erase it, it doesn't end up looking dirty. But besides that, it's pretty good.

I'd say that's pretty good for a beginner. You've got right shading at the right parts and make a decent mouth(that's really hard!).

You need to practice on making your pencil strokes more softer, so if you make a mistake, it can be erased. It also makes your work look neater when you move on to watercolours or pastels. Watch some Youtube tutorials to improve your shading(check out markcrilley). To avoid smudging, use a tissue paper and put it under what you're drawing. For example, if you're drawing a nose, put the tissue where the mouth will be so the paper doesn't get dirty.

Practice is the only way to go about with drawing. If you keep on drawing for a month, you'll see lots of improvement.
