when i log onto facebook its come up in like a List e.g

All The way down the left side of the page . I Have cleared the history loads and the cookies but nothing seems to work .
Any Ideas Now ?!?!

Close your browser, open it up and check Facebook again. If it still does it, restart your computer and then go back onto Facebook.

If it doesn't do anything, leave it for a while, it might be your connection stuffing up.
