why when I google my name, I find results of my comments in facebook pages and groups!?

although the box is not checked in "public search" in the privacy settings of facebook!!!

That's the way the internet works. If you don't like it, don't post to the internet anywhere! There is no such thing as total privacy on the internet!

There is no setting that will keep this from happening. Anyone who looks up your name through google and see your activitiy on any site where you use your real name. If you have a myspace, twitter, photobucket...anything, it will bring up those accounts.
