What does it mean when a guy slows down communication ?
We were talking since "or" should I say were talking very well in September, then all of a sudden it slowed down, there's communication but not a lot!! He claims its work and his personal life and he's also a stoner too!! She he's always getting high!! And the strange thing he'll twitter me but won't text me back...weird

he's not interested but keeps enough communication going so that if he felt like it he has another option.
