Why do I keep getting error reports when I log onto Facebook?
Every time I log onto Facebook an error report comes up and closes the browser. It only happens on this website. Does anyone know how to fix this as I need facebook and it is driving me cuckoo!!

It could be just a temporary bug that Facebook has and it'll work itself out, OR, somebody could be trying to hack into your account by trying lots of different passwords and your account has been locked/its mind is kinda fried right now. (MySpace does something similar to this when there are a lot of unsuccessful login attempts to an account in a short period of time). This happened to a friend of mine on Facebook. If this is what's happeneing, when they stop trying to hack in, you'll be able to get in again with no problem.

If you are using IE , install Firefox and try again. Or if using Firefox, try with IE.
In all scenarios, make sure your browsers and Java are up to date. This could be a JavaScript or Java applet problem on the site, and they have plenty. |
