I have an At&t phone and I was wondering if it charges your when you text twitter from your phone?

It means standard texting rates apply. As far as At&t is concerned, texting twitter is just like texting a friend. You'll be charged the same fee.

Call your phone company and ask. Better yet, get it in writing. Then try it out and wait for your next bill. If it doesn't cost then go ahead and use it as much as you want.
