Is facebook planning to begin charging a monthly fee?
Rumor has it that effective July1, facebook is planning to begin charging $14.99 for their service. Is this fact?

No. It's just another stupid rumor. Think about it for 2 seconds. If they started charging, everyone would go back to myspace or some other FREE site.
