What to talk about with a foreign exchange student?

The foreign exchange student that I'll be hosting this fall just added me on Facebook and we talked a little, but I don't know what to talk about. What kinds of questions should I ask so I don't come off as creepy or weird?

I'm an exchange student. When we finally receive contact with our host families we typically want to be told things about our new family about the language, the country, the food, and the home. Tell your exchange student everything you feel they should know. My host mother made me a power point with popular music from my host country. Basically, get to know each other and ask as many questions as you can!
