I can't even look at my ex boyfriends name on facebook. I can't look at his pictures or anything without totally losing it. Do you have this reaction?

I don't i forgive and forget.
I have broken up with some and some have broken up with me. but it still doesnt matter i dont cry when you cry at your ex bf's name it sounds like they broke up with you otherwise you would still be together and not crying, maybe you could get back together or do what i do and find someone else. |

It shows you are not completely over him. It's natural to do that after a break up, it may be easier if you didn't go on facebook for a while so you wouldn't see his name or pictures and if you had anything to do with him to get rid of it or to give to someone till you are ready to see the items again. Another way i to get out, enjoy yourself with friends and family as much as you can which will out him off your mind which will help you get over him. It's never nice to be in that situation and i hope you get out of it quick, but you will so don't worry everyone always does. Good luck!

No, I'm pissed off more than anything to look at his face. Think of it like this, you guys aren't together for a reason and its meant to be that way. Over time will help ease this.

Nope it doesnt really bother me tbh, i enjoy looking through his pics and see how he's doing, i also like when he talks to me so i no were still mates and never going to hold grudges against each other. Everyones different really and breaking up with someone may hit you harder than others

my ex gf, i still love her and would do anything for her (she dumped me), but when i see her i just laugh cuz i know she cant do any better then me. that goes for for both of my ex girl friends not that i think about it. It will get easier for you i hope. stay up
