how do u send direct messages on Twitter?

on the right hand side of the page, (when you click home) you should see the following in order :

home
@mentions
direct messages
favorites
retweet
and so on....

click on direct messages.

theres a drop box that says " Send ________ a direct message"


click that drop box and all of the available people that you can DM(direct message) are on that list. Type what you want so tell them and click send, its just that easy ! (:

PS: The only way you can DM someone is if your following them and their following you. if you follow them and there not following back, you cant DM them. If there following you and your not following back, you cant DM them.
