How to get my facebook password?

I have forgot my facebook password. My facebook is not connected to my email. So i need to pretty much hack into my own facebook. I do not want to spend any money nor download anything. Please help.

Your own stupidity.

If you don't use real email and don't have enough recovering options, just create new account.

if it was your real facebook account you should have at least use a real email account associated with it.
Hacking on yahoo answers is against there terms, but you can go thorough the below website for more information.
