How do I stop assuming false things people say?
I always assume my boyfriend is doing stuff, and in reality, he's being faithful & he always proves me wrong, & I look like the dummy because I'm believing rumors. Like if I see him talk to a girl on Facebook, and uses like a smile face, I automatically assume he likes her... How do I stop? It's driving me crazy.

Trust is a huge building block of relationships. You just need to trust him. If you really care about him, it shouldn't be that hard.
