can i take my children from my ex girlfreind if there is no parenting plan?
i pay child support ,but there is no parenting plan and no custody papers. can i as the father take my children, and file for custody. she is doing drugs and want them out of there.

well do you have proof? what if you filed the papers and she says you are a bitter ex out to get her?

what are you going to do then?

talk to a social worker immediately the situation.

and yes, get a parenting plan in plan asap.

You have no presumed rights to the child until court ordered. This is reenforced by you paying court ordered child support.
