What is the easiest and fastest way to Completely and Cleanly isolate an Object/Person from a Photo?
I mean completely isolate, to create M.U.G.E.N sprites.
Is there a software, a tip or something to do this.

So far I found the best programs are GIMP and Photoshop.
But what steps and tools could you use in this programs to do this Much faster.
With GIMP I use smart scissors and with Photshop I use the Pen Tool.

That can't be answered without seeing the photos. There are a number of different selection tools but it depends on the image to know which one is the BEST choice.

The pen tool is the most precise, so if you can really learn how to use that one, you will get fast and you will get the best results with it.

However, if you had - for example - a very dark subject with clean, precise edges plus a light background, then the magic wand or the quick selection tool would work well, too.

Or you could look into masking programs/plugins such as Topaz Remask or others.

Doing it well is not a fast process.

Using GIMP or Photoshop well requires both skill and time. There's no software which will automate it really. Even software designed to do this like Topaz Remask, still requires that you go around the object with a tool.

If the subject in the photos was taken in front of a chroma key background (green screen) you could conceivably automate it with GIMP and GAP (Gimp Animation Plugin) as it has a filter for that, no doubt there will be something similar for Photoshop.

Master layer masks. Pick up this layer mask book, it has several different methods that will do the trick for you:
