This is a hoax that has been going round Facebook for nearly two years. Facebook generates its revenue from advertising. If it was to ever start charging its user base it would most likely take a massive hit and there are plenty of other sites that would be primed to take it's top spot. rest assured Facebook will not be charging any time in the near future
