My sisters facebook was disabled for violating the rules?

My sisters page has been disabled since February 15, 2011. She was disabled for theft and vandalism. Well facebook says. My sister bought facebook from my moms credit card but facebook thought it was theft so they disabled her account. Will she get it back? She has contacted facebook multiple time. I bought facebook credits off of my moms credit card so facebook thought I was stealing because the card wasn't registered under my name. How can I get it back? Facebook is refusing. I have an active account but I told them they can disable it if they give the old one back.
