What lipstick color would go best with my pale skin and bleach blonde hair?

Without even glancing at your picture, I know this rule:
Pale skin and light hair: Dark eye makeup and pale lips. No pastel colours. Cobalt blue and pink are your colours. Middle-dark colors.

Dark hair and tan skin: Light eye makeup and dark lips. Pastel, light, and neon colours for you.
