How do I stop being paranoid that my boyfriend will cheat?

I'm constantly paranoid that my boyfriend of almost a year is going to cheat on me because he is always going to raves where there are attractive girls there, etc. I'm always checking his facebook to make sure hes not. How can I stop being so paranoid?

I'm probably just adding fuel to the fire here (so sorry) but I really don't see any reason in going to a rave unless I was single and wanted to meet people...even THEN I probably wouldn't go because all the girls there are slutty and either drunk or high. I'm not a rave kind of person so I don't understand why anyone would go if it weren't to do drugs and hook up. Do you know why he goes? And why would he go without you? That I don't understand either because if I had to go to one, I'd definitely bring my gf with....
