How to find a separated identical twin sister!?

I know a girl that was separated from her twin sister at age 3 and the only information about her she has in her name. Does anyone know how she could find her? They were separated through adoption.

that is really sad adoption agencies used to do that on the theory 2 families were then happy, what about the twins being separated from each other, that was terrible. I think a picture on facebook with the dob and an e mail might help no last name, or other identifying Information.
