Can i get into trouble for admitting to logging into my boyfriend's facebook and post an bad post on his wall?
I hacked into my boyfriends facebook account and posted on his wall as him that the girl he cheated on me with is a whore. He is currently suspended from the university because of that action and i want to help him out. i want to call the universsity and admitted that i did it. I am currently an international student in a different country.

Yes. It is a federal crime. If he reported you to the police and they end up proving it was you, then you'd go to federal prison or at least state prison for several years -- by law.

If you attend a different university in a different country, then i doubt it. if the university that suspended him is in the US, i think that would be a violation of his first amendment rights and he can sue the school for suspending him, if they are assuming that he wrote the post.
