How do you stop getting notifications from random applications you don't want on Facebook?

I keep getting these notifications about people answering "questions about my personal life" or some similar nonsense. I really don't give a flying squirrel's behind about these useless applications.

How can I make it so that I only see things I care about...like that my friends have posted pictures of me or posted on my wall or messaged me or written notes/attempted communication?

u can go to the applications that u dont want to get notifications from and block them.

I think there is a procedure on it on how to stop if you dont want to receive any notifications..Try to browse and learn from it
