How do you remove people from getting there updates sent to your updates?

Whenever someone updates there status it is sent to myupdates, they rent a close friend but i want it to stop. oh and of course i mean on facebook

Go to facebook settings, click "mobile" and there should be a list of things you can have on your mobile phone. Uncheck the "status update" or whatever it says, and uncheck anything else you don't want. Check anything you do want.

Proxydude.com or any other proxies. you can also connect to a remote computer say your computer at home and use that. depends on what you do.
