How to get rid of my friends quiz results on Facebook?
I have few friends on Facebook people who I like to keep in touch with from time to time, but some of them go crazy with this whole quiz taking nonsense is there a way to block friends quiz results from your wall. Its driving me crazy!!! I literally have to search for wall comments b/c there are so many quizes on a daily basis. Any suggestions thanks!!!

Yes, I had to do this because of Mafia Wars.

After you log in, look on the left hand side where it lists all of your networks and stuff (news fees, status updates, etc). At the bottom of the list there is "more". Click on "more" and you will notice that a little icon will appear by each item in the list. Click and drag the icon by "status updates" up and drop it at the top of the list. Voila! No more quizzes and stuff.

News feed is the bad one, so just make sure it is not at the top. The one on top will be the default updates you see when you look at your main facebook page.

The simplest thing is to look for the itty bitty triangle near the top of their post on your wall. You can click it and one of the options will be "Block 'What Star Trek Character Are You?'". And then, at least, you won't see any more results from anybody on those quizzes. The problem with this approach is that you end up having to block every quiz, one by one.

Another thing you can do is follow some of the privacy settings on this web page:
http://www.allfacebook.com/2009/02/facebook-privacy/

While you're not so interested in keeping your information private, some of the techniques (grouping your friends and setting different permissions for the groups) will pay off. You'll see more updates from the close friends and fewer updates from the distant acquaintances.

When u go into the "Home " page where u see all friends quizzes etc under the accept, ignore buttons is a (block app) which you can press to ignore any more requests but if you do this then no-one can send you anything from "the block app" ie quizzes.
This does not block other requests, ie farm town etc only the one you have selected.
Hope this helps!
