I am looking for my father whom I've never met, where do I start?
His name is Hugo Gutierrez. The only whereabouts I've known of his are in Mexico. He is 40 years old, give or take a few years. This is all I have to work with...

Ask your Mother, any family you know of from that side or from your Mothers side, (also ask about your birth certificate, photos etc) If that fails, try looking him up on Facebook or an ancestory website. Try searching his name to see if there are any connections to him or anything on the internet.
