How to find out if someone @ you on twitter?

I seem to always have this problem, where does it tell you if someone @ you on twitter? Like is there a thing to click, please help it's a simple question i just dont know how to find it out with out going to their twitter profile

When you're logged in, click on the "twitter" icon and you'll be taken to your home page, where tweets from everyone you follow show up.

One of the tabs, next to "timeline" says "@mentions" click that and you'll find all the times you've been mentioned by others.

if you're on the new twitter, then go to profile and next to timeline is @mentions.
