Is there a way to find out who made a fake facebook and can you press charges?

For the third time in 3 years someone has made up a fake facebook of my girlfriend. It has all her real info on it and then they took pictures that she had on her real facebook and Photoshopped her face on to nearly naked girls bodies. To make it worse, they add people like my father and others. Please help me out.

Yes, a thorough and very clever investigator could gather evidence of who did that. No, there is no private criminal prosecution in the u.s., If you want to know if the DA could press charges, that depends on the criminal code of your state.
